Independent development, AI content and third-party rights
FLAIR-Sim is an independently developed project. Selected aircraft images, visual concepts for the flight-schedule module, airport-detail layouts, icons and other graphical elements are created specifically for FLAIR-Sim, including with AI technology, and may be further edited for use in the game.
Technical, operational and general information used during development is drawn mainly from publicly available and lawfully accessible sources. Such data may be simplified or adapted for gameplay and are not intended as an official technical source for real-world aviation.
Trademarks, trade names, logos, product names and other third-party rights remain the property of their respective owners. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, references to real manufacturers, aircraft types, airports or other entities do not imply sponsorship, approval, partnership, funding or any legal or commercial affiliation with FLAIR-Sim.
